You will then receive an email with a written quotation, a property inspection agreement and any other agreements for additional services requested. This email will detail the time and date of the inspection.
There is no standard fee for a building and or pest inspection so be aware, the cheaper the fee, the less reporting that may be carried out. We will usually be able to perform an inspection within 3 days of the request.
Depending on the size and condition of the home, an inspection may take up to 4 hours.

For best value we recommend you let us know any issues you may have with the property and let us do our inspection and complete our report then once we have emailed it to you and you have read the report and you’d like to discuss your report findings over the phone or if you would prefer to meet at the property after you have read the report we can walk through the report together and you can ask as many questions as you want.
The inspection report is usually drafted and emailed the same evening of the inspection. However, on some occasions it may be delivered the following day.
Our inspectors are available by phone or email at any time after the property inspection, regardless how long after the inspection.
Our inspectors will perform the inspection as per normal. However, if the rain is hindering the inspection process, they may recommend further inspections at a later date.
Without a specification, it is very difficult to provide pricing estimates within the report but we can give you a list of professionals in them fields that can.

The inspection will be carried out in compliance with AS4349.1-2007 except for Strata Units or properties where the inspection will be according with Appendix B of AS4349.1-2007
